When I saw this I imagined creating some sort of dreamscape as part of a project, something like this could easily be engineered to cater to not only wide audiences for movies and videogames but also to the digital artist looking to expand into more realistic artwork or even as a way to portray quite literally a virtual gallery of their own work. Something like this would allow viewers on say the internet or in a museum to navigate through a virtual gallery of an artists work, where the gallery setting itself could be fully customized to the artists liking. I realize I'm a technology nerd but there's so much potential for beauty from the innovations to come.
